Disagree with your take on NBC. I think the mistake was the Leno Prime Program. It didn’t work. They should have cut their loses… get him out of Prime and fix Conan’s lead in. To blame it all on Conan and his show is wrong.

They could have given Jay some Prime Time Special and other duties to keep him happy.
